NOTICE TO MEMBERS REGARDING PLANT SALES

The Committee advises all members that Plant Sales begin at 12.00p.m.
No viewing of plants or sales of plants takes place before that time and we ask members, to be mindful of this.

The purpose of this is to make the job of the Sales Stewards, easier.
The sales area will be restricted & members selling plants, are asked to leave them with the Plant Sales Stewards via the side gate, at the back of the Hall.
The Sales Stewards are the only people, to be in sales area before sales begin.

Gail our Editor, in her wheelchair with her carer, Margaret and another elderly member with her carer, are the only exceptions, we are asking for your understanding and compassion in this regard.

The Sales Stewards are to be the only ones helping and giving advice, for the sales of plants and it is not acceptable, that members go to the sales area, with the idea of selling their own plants.
The object of these rules, is to create a level playing field for every one, this applies to sellers and buyers.
If we could all be mindful of these few things it will enable the sales of plants at our meetings to be more effective.

Lets try to get 2008 off to a great start. Thank You.
